Copyright Policy
We respect the work of journalists and publishers. This policy explains how we use third-party material and how to raise a concern.
How we use publishers' material
- We only use material that publishers make publicly available in RSS/Atom feeds for syndication and display by feed readers and aggregators.
- We never reproduce full articles. Each summary quotes, at most, short attributed passages and directs readers to the original article.
- Every story clearly names and links to its sources.
- We never bypass paywalls, logins, robots.txt rules or other access controls.
- Images are shown only when distributed in a publisher's feed or openly licensed, are credited, and are copied to our servers only when the licence clearly allows it.
Requests from rights holders
If you are a rights holder and believe material on our site infringes your rights, or you would prefer that we stop using your feed, contact us via abdulmasud50@gmail.com or our contact form with:
- the URL(s) of the page(s) concerned;
- a description of the work and your rights in it;
- your contact details; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
We will review valid requests promptly and, where appropriate, remove the material and/or stop using the feed. Publishers can also block our crawler (TheNewsEngineBot) using robots.txt, which our system respects automatically.
